***The Official House/Techno Beat Thread***

I wanted to see if anyone here produces other types of beats. Like, in the "electronica" realm/genres. I'm not too familiar with the different definitions between House/Progressive House/Techno/Electronica etc. But y'all know what I mean. BPM over like 115 and changes that occur every 8 or whatever. I'm a white boy of Eastern Earuopean decent so naturally I fukks with this kind of music...I Can't Help It!!!

made a track for a dude I used to work with that listened to nothin but trance and techno and drum and bass. all the sh!t damn near sound the same to me lol. We were talking one day about my music and he was asking if I could do some techno type ish. I told him it sounds like a old drum line sh1t so it wasn't hard for me to make. So I made this:

he spazzed out and let some other people in the department hear it...including the badd@ss mexican chic w/child bearing hips. So she asked me to make her something. Said she liked this Nelly Fertado song so I made this remix. The rest is history lol

I have more tracks but my hard drive is in a state of non-return. It's making a wierd noise when it starts and then beeps and my mac doesn't read it. Gonna take it in to a specialist see he can recover the data before the drive dies. Anybody ever had this happen with a Western Digital external drive?

i personally have not but i have heard bad things about western digital drives.
