ok, glad I have that, lol. I'm like two seconds from giving up on logic, though. This shyt is too unnecessarily complicated compared to FL.
Might have to take this mac to Bootcamp just to get some beats out of it. :smh:

i was gonna say logic too but i havent used it but i heard bout that one feature that u can just press a key on your keyboard while the sample is playing and it chops it up based on when u press the key. that sounds real easy.

Press \ in Logic for real time chopping. Audacity is also another way to go.

two things:
Going through all those steps just to use drums, ridiculous. The fact that I actually did that with three kits, came back a week later, and now logic can't even load them bytches. WTF?!
I really don't want to go through that again with something I want to sample.
And that shyt crashes every hour!
And, the mixing set up is wack, too.
I guess that's more than two things lol, but coming from FL, this shyt seems overly cumbersome for the sake of being unique. Yes I said cumbersome, lol

nothing special, imo. Let me put it this way. There's nothing that comes packaged w/ Logic EXPRESS that makes it special. Logic Pro comes wth all the garageband packs included for free, so that probably has a lot of good shyt

yeah, but that's absolutely terrible. I'm not even trying to say PC's are better than Macs, I'm just saying I prefer FL or Logic at this point in time
