I got a huge exam in a few weeks from now, but i have a problem focusing on my studying, or if im reading my mind tends to drift off, whats a good supplement for this kind of stuff

skip the supplements, eat fruit during the day and eat blackberries/raspberries/cranberries before you go to sleep

you wont regret it

fruit is the best way to get good energy

I use APS Phenadrine for pre-workout energy and focus for studying etc. It's effects are like weak methamphetamine.

is that a lot more "mellow" than say, redline or something as far as the energy boost goes? i feel like i need something extra to help push me through workouts lately :dry:

I never tried Redline but one of Phenadrine's biggest claims is that it is "jitter free". It definitely gets me amped up but in a different way from energy drinks and such.

I went through 4 bottles of this in a row so far. I love this stuff. My homies seem to love the stuff too. One of em was hooked on popping this stuff at work cuz it made him so much more productive.

Don't stack this with another supplement that has stims... Might be too much.

Edit: the latest hit on bodybuilding.com forums seem to be Clearshot. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ergo/clear.html it's on backorder right now. Seems too expensive ($35.95 for 12) but I hear a lot of great things about it.

SpeaKING of supplements .. .

How do you use Whey Protein? It says to take it either before or after a workout, or in between meals. What does that mean? Like right after meals? or 30 minutes later? Seems like you can take it at anytime.

not trying to spam, i just need to know this soon.

so just one serving a day? Or should i do it mornings after my work out, and then after dinner or something to curb food cravings?
