I don't go to gyms anymore, probably because I do have semi-successful stories that have scarred me.
1st one was when I was in college. I used to go to the University's gym and work out at night. this one night, I kept on getting these stares from a couple. Next thing i know, they started licking their lips at me and winking. I think they were swingers and the dude was bisexual. They wanted me, but i just ignored them. it was very uncomfortable.

Other stuff has happened to me in the gym, but that's another topic. i just stay away from them altogether.

I'm not sure if that's a sign she's in to you imo. Everyone looks up everyone else at the gym. Girls look at me all the time but I'm pretty not all of them want to hook up.
