I usually go with PowerBar Protein Plus. Vanilla or Choc Crisp

Nope, protein shake >>>>> Powerbar except having to wash the shaker bottle

I eat the protein cliff bars

shakes get protein into your system faster but the 100g Met-RX bars are delicious plus got like 30+ grams of protein

I drink shakes too but I have a powerbar when I'm on the road and need some quick food.

Never tried the Met-Rx, I'll pick on up next time.
