that sh1t goes hard b. They got everything u need. Workouts, nutrition, money, sex. That sh1t is crazy how good it is. The last one with lance on the cover even had the best body workout poster I ever seen. Im'a start using that.

I prefer other mags but it covers so many areas as you listed is why the general population likes it. They can also relate to the physiques in there, rather than a 300lb bodybuilder. More mags are going in mens health direction to try to boost sales, like muscle and fitness

Women's health is dope too. The best sex positions to get us off, diet, hormonal issues, the whole nine.

Men's health is great for dieting tips. good meal plans, but I can't get into the excercise features. too technical. Or im just too lazy to read, BTW

How do you use Whey Protein? It says to take it either before or after a workout, or in between meals. What does that mean? Like right after meals? or 30 minutes later? Seems like you can take it at anytime.

not trying to spam, i just need to know this soon.

just take it after a workout. that's when ur muscles take in the whole protein.

so just one serving a day. Or should i do it mornings after my work out, and then after dinner or something to curb food cravings?

style tips are on point, and the meals they outline actually taste good

the workouts vary in how good they are but if you like switching it up every month its not bad

overall not a bad mag
