Damn I joined up with them bout 3 weeks ago. They got waayy more equipment than the YMCA I been at since last summer.

Not to mention hoopin with all them arabs and white boys got me feeling like jordan.

Now I just gotta get one of them white girls at the front desk on my side so I can get up in the joint for free.:scheme:

word..its a good starter gym for many or good 2nd gym but most will outgrow it with a 70lb db max at most gyms, limitations on exxercises and a lack of certain things gyms should have

Yeah its more of a gym for everyday people. A everyday person will be :ohmy:amazed because they have alot of equipment(which is very good) but to somebody like you and me :ugh:they dont have sh1t:laugh:.

:laugh: everybody goin through the recession now. the golds gym i go to has a promotion going on right now for 9.99/mo. only stipulation is that you can't join in on any of the classes for free like you would if you paid the standard fee. i'm just there for the weights anyway so :yes:
