ill never understand these half reps they do

you end up havin extremely short muscles(literally) and when you try to use them in real life situations they are prone to tear easier :smh:

yeah...the thing i respect about him tho is he's a body builder with a power lifters strength.

for me personally i always do a full twist w/ i do db shoulder press so i cant relate to that nygga. but at the same time, which one of you talkin shyt in this thread is gonna walk up to him in the gym and start givin him tips on his form?

word i get where you're comin from.

i'm just sayin. to get to that size you clearly must have more knowledge about weight lifting than any of us. diet/supplements/workout regimen everything. people think "oh he's just on steroids" and yeah he is but he still gotta bust his ass to get to that point.

i firmly believe if i tried to walk up to him and tell him how its supposed to be done and why he shouldnt do em like he is he'd give me a 1 hour lesson on shoulder presses that would have me walking away w/ my tail between my legs.

just a glance at his build you can see he doesn't stretch whatsoever and those shortened muscles will end up causing posture problems
