I've been a Honda dude basically since '04... right now I got a 93 Accord that I'm about to finish my "build" on (5 lug swap, possibly an H22)...

For my next car though I'm lookin to get somethin decent + luxury. My pops has an 03 Infiniti M45 (the square body one) and its nice. He had an I35 that was decent too but I love that V8 sound.

Anyways I'm lookin to get somethin like mid summer, not lookin to spend more than 7-8K. It's gotta be automatic :( cause my girl wants to drive too and I would rather her drive, cause I'm very eager on the road :sadcam: Plus in the city when the fukk do u really get to open a car up anyway? I'd rather go w/the luxury this time around. I bet insurance will be cheaper too.

Heres what I've been thinkin about:

- BMW 540i (I'mma try the 6 cylinder one, my friend had a GS300 that was pretty fast and theyre about the same but I def. would rather a V8. They got the Steptronic bull**** but in an auto car I just like to mash and go. I really would rather get the 530i but it would have to be stick)
- Infiniti G35 (sedan is generic but dirt cheap, plus I'mma drop it, get an exhaust and maybe the paddle shift kit. Exhaust note is kinda cheesy + interior feels cheap though)
- Infiniti I35 (like these but the rear suspension gets clunky over bumps; would def. like more with a 5 spd auto over the 4 in it)
- Lexus GS400 (like it but its a big big car. Gonna drive one but I'm not convinced. Very cheap though, plus my friend's GS3 was pretty cool)
- Mitsubishi Galant GTZ (dirt fukkin cheap, looks good lowered but the interior is cheap as hell too. Matter fact fukk this car)
- Nissan Altima 3.5 SE (kinda flimsy, roomy though and fast as hell. Frighteningly fast... friend had one in automatic and the **** moved. Would be alright w/leather + sunroof + Bose, kind of a big car for no reason though)

If I'm forgettin somethin lemme know. Which would u go with? W/o havin driven any of them in the past 1-2 yrs I'm leanin towards the BMW. They're cheap. Only thing that scares me is maintenance but I drive maybe 75 miles a week on average; I'm not gonna be beatin on this car every day so wear and tear is not a concern.

Clarify what model years you trying to cop. From what you have posted, and if you trying to stay up under 8 racks, I would say cop the GS 400. You can probably catch a 2000-2004 with semi high miles for that price, you can for sure catch a GS 300 for that price. Personally, I would be scared to cop a BMW for under 10 racks, the maintenance might be horrible. It's not under 9 racks, but that new Accord coupe is the waviest coupe under 40K out right now IMO. What about that 03-07 Accord Coupe?? I like those whips to, if you hook them up right. They might be a tad over 8 racks though.

I thought about those Accord coupes... they have nice interiors and motors but they look like jellybeans. I was thinkin bout that TSX too but the ONLY way I could fukk with that is if it were stickshift or stuffed with the V6. I know the '10 is comin w/the V6 but that's like 40K :sadcam:

I think I can find a solid BMW if I look hard enough. I think a lot of the problems they have are overblown. But at the same time I'm scared too. I'mma check all these cars out and see.

What year BMW are you trying to get? And yeah those 03-07 Accord coupes do look like jellybeans, but with some tasetful alloy rims they look like spaceships, but the new Accord coupe has me wanting to trade in my TL for one. I'll take that 09 Accord Coupe, throw some 10,000 HID's in the lights, put some 20 inch TSW alloy's on it, and it's a wrap.

I'm lookin at like a 98-99. REALLY fukked up thing is I could afford a 6 spd 540i but my girl wouldn't be able to drive it.

If they made the 98-02 Accord coupe with the new V6... even w/the 5spd auto I would probably rock with that, those are decent looking cars. I just can't get into the new ones in any way though.

I kind of like the 04-08 TL... it's fast and the interior is nice enough to make up for the exterior but those are out of my price range too. And the 99-03 are just ugly IMO, I can't fukk with them. I do like the 97-00 CL though and wouldn't be against throwin the TL-S/CL-S motor + auto tranny + tiptronic in one. They're cheap enough + nice enough for me.

Yeah the new Accord Coupe had to grow on me, I saw a purple one at the light one day looking pretty and IDK, it was kinda lika a moment of clarity. Ever since then I break my neck whenever I see one. Actually I'm new to the import game, I was a slab rider since my teens, but since last year I have fallen in love with import whips. I'd would rock any of the Accord Coupes from 98-02, or 03-07 or the 08-present, I would rock any BMW, but those M3's get my heart fluttering, and I would rock with the TSX also. I also like that new Camry

I could rock with the old old old old first little baby CL w the 3 liter V6. I wanna drive one and see if I could live with it. Part of me (the smart part) is thinkin to stop fukkin w/anything I'mma wanna hook up... other part of me doesnt wanna pick somethin up I'mma hate. Anyways I don't like any TLs and the second CL was ugly as fukk to me.

G35 is def. up there but its hard to get one for under 10K that's worth keepin. I might have to hit up an auction for that...

I have a 98 Acura Integra that I might get rid of to finish up restoring my 69 Camaro.

I was thinking of kopping a 90+ Accord as my everyday. Them things last forever, huh?

Those LS Lincolns look real nice, but I know of a few that have had tranny issues. Between the two of those I would pick the Infiniti anyday of the week

I love my TL, but I'm not sure I'm going to stick with Acura/Honda for my next vehicle. I'm pretty torn on whether I want to go hybrid or RWD sedan.

for 8 g's if you wanna go with the 3.5 altima u can prolly get a 02-04 model for that price. Don't sleep on the maxima's in that year range either with both cars u lookin at 250 ish horsepower.

I had a mob of friends with them... cars were stupid fast and roomy, no doubt but they don't look that good to me and have really cheap interiors. One of my friends threw some speakers in the doors on his 02 Altima, and the shyts were so flimsy the music was as clear outside as it was inside with the widows up. I can't fukk with that shyt

I'm thinkin about just puttin some money down on an auto car REALLY worth gettin... 745i :maxb:

i have the 08 altima but the 2.5 tho :sadcam: it comes with 8 fukkin speakers and 2 6x9s standard. i plan to have the car for a while so I'm slowly working on getting stuff to sound the way it should but also remember a shytty quality song can make a system sound like shyt. that is why retail CDs in systems =

most of my generation (25 and under) don't really GAF about their cars. Half the time their rims are more clean and immaculately kept than the exterior and interior of a car. they buy a car trade that bytch in in 2.5 yrs and keep the cycle going. Hell if i started talking about polishing and paint correction people would be like WTF.
