folks, any diet pill or whatever should be taken in moderation and with extreme care. read up on the ingredients before you put it in your body, then monitor yourself closely to see how it affects you. being chubby is better than being dead (maybe not being obese tho)

Thats the truth! Doesn't it have herbs in it too though? I know it had Ephedra in it which is just flat out horrible for you long term, but what else? I stay away from alot of this stuff too, you never know how it will effect you long term.
