Healthy Ingredients
1. Coconut Oil/butter: use in place of butter
2. Olive Oil for cooking
3. Honey for sweetening
4. Stevia for sweetening (they use this in soft drinks outside the US! Thats why a japanese coca-cola is healthier then a us coca-cola!!!)
5. Whole Grains: Ezekiel Bread is really good for you!

Drinks:
1. Avoid all sodas, teas, and juices (only 100% juice allowed)
2. Splenda and other artificial sweeteners are WORST then refined sugars.
3. Diet drinks are horrible for you. They should be referred to liquid crack... They immediately through of the PH of your body. You would have to drink 30 cups of water to neutralize 1 can of soda!

Good read on Stevia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stevia
Its a natural sweetner that contains zero calories. Other countries have already used this in soft drinks, etc.
Do you know that others countries have a ban on high fructose corn syrup because of the side effects? Even MEXICO uses natural cane syrup in coca-cola and pepsi.
I noticed that when i visited other countries the same exact drinks, taste different in other countries...thats the reason why.

Big Bun,
Woman usually need more help in losing weight then men...You guys are loaded with testosterone, we have a much smaller percentage. Its easier for guys to stay in shape. Woman have to work a little harder.
Maybe you can assist guys in this thread?

For ppl that eat pancakes/waffle/french toast for breakfast:
1. Never use regular syrup. These are not even real "syrup!" They contain high fructose corn syrup.
2. Use 100% Maple syrup instead. Its actually very good for you. Try grade A and grade B. Hikers, Campers, and ppl going on expeditions carry it, because the nutrients and calories can't give you enough energy to survive in case you run out of food.

Peanut Butter
Healthy snack? Good source of protein? Sort of...
Most brands that you see in the supermarket like: skippy, peter pan, etc are horrible for you! Why? because they are loaded with hydrogenated oils!
When looking for peanut butter, it should only say: "Peanuts and Salt" in the ingredients.
For those allergic to peanuts, almond butter taste 100 times better imo and is healthier for you!

No! A healthier alternative is Rooibos Tea! Its also called "red tea" outside of africa.
Its actually not a "tea" at all. Its actually a bush that only grows in south africa. It naturally has a sweet, nutty, taste!
This is the next big thing. Do you know that it has 10-50 times more antioxidants then green tea and white tea combined? You can brew it the same way you brew coffee or tea. It also taste great ice cold!
How many sh!ts per day do you take?
1 or 2.
why is that confusing?
