No matter how much bench press i do, i still can get my pecs to stick out and get that big cup size (no homo). I don't have a bird chest, I'm in good shape and I do chest workouts weekly but i still can get bigger pecs - Is there a specific exercise that helps with the cup size?
I usually do bench press, incline bench, i alternate between the bar and the dumbells. I also do pec flies with dumb bells or on the machine, I do flies with the cables at three levels - from the bottom, straight and pulling down.
Is it about how much you bench press? Is it more reps?
