ive taken both now im trying to choose which one i stick with...they both do work though i know this for a fact
the Metrx bars are like a snack and have alot of different kinds and are not to bad
the EAS is powder and it taste like shlt and makes my stomach upset but you can get alot more protein because you can vary the dose
i think im gonna go Metrx bars they are good to me and have been working, what do you guys think?
