saying he rolled with a "team" as youth and an undisclosed "O.G." asked him to take the position, which he didn't understand at the time. in all it benefitted the "team."

basically moms told ricky get a job or he's out on his ass and by taking a job as a C.O. he could make sure his lil' cousin Bread-Stick could get extra gravy in the pen :smh:
