I just stopped about a month ago, I ran that sh1t like 3 months straight though.......the thermogenic effect supposedly never lessens but I deff got a tolerance for the caffeine

btw as far as all this redline hydroxycut sh1t on the market, nothing beats the EC stack, supposedly adding asperin or yohimbe is great aswell

Im going to buy bronkaid and no doz caffeine pills how should I dose it? and how far apart from cardio I do high intentisty and don't wanna have a heart attack.

1 brokaid+200-250 mg caffeine 3 times daily

try to do High intensity sh1t before you take your first dose........Im a marine so we do physical sh1t anyways and I just space it out but one day I forgot we had a combat fitness test to do in the morning so I popped them joints and went to work........I wasn't even thinking about it and ended up feeling like my heart was going to explode.....don't fvck around with this stuff

other than High Intensity stuff like sprints and what not you are good, even high intensity lifting is fine.....just don't do sprints or anything super crazy

You have success with it? And how about this I wake up like 9am take first dose go to gym at like 1-2pm do high intensity cardio and then take next dose when I get home?

I was bulking so I was just hoping for the leanest possible gains.....IMO it worked pretty well, as far as keeping off the fat it worked a lot better than anything else I've tried

So you think like 4 hours is enough time for it to let me do high intensity cardio?

ec stack is great, but I cant tolerate stims anymore

I miss the old ephedrine hcl for 7 bucks

Does the bronchaid make your nose run?

ephedrine is ephedrine, no matter who makes it. read this:

it should be all the info you need, plus proper dosage. i would take 25mg of ephedrine only twice daily. i did it once when i woke up, and 30 min before i lifted weights/hit the treadmill. dont take it within 5 hours of sleep time or have fun w/ insomnia.


edit: and fukk yohimbine or whatever....use the aspirin.

After my workout cardio included here is my blood pressure and heart rate taken 10 mins after


122/63 and pulse 74


am I good?
