I ran out of protein so I copped that real quick to tide me over.....this sh1t is garbage......I've heard the whey itself is low quality and when I checked the side panel it seemed alright, then I tasted it and did a double take on the sugar. It has over 3 times as much as American Whey or even pro Complex
