lmao that dude is 5'4
anyways IMO forearms are on of the most neglected bodyparts....but getting an intense forearm pump is also IMO one of the worst feelings in lifting

i've only been doin wrist curls and reverse curls. my forearms are lookin beautiful right now. i got veins bulgin in the back of my arm like a muthafukka. i do 4 sets of wrist curls on monday, then another 4 sets on friday along with 4 sets of reverse curls. i do em after my main workouts. i used to use a homemade roll-up exerciser but the cords kept breaking. i was usin 45 lb plate at one point though. and even that never gave me the growth like i'm experiencing with wrist & reverse curls. that could be because i wasn't nearly paying as much attention to my diet as i am now. but forearms have always been important to me. just cause they're always exposed most of the time...and to me huge forearms leave a lasting impression. and also my forearm/elbow is usually the first thing i use if i get into a fight...so i wanted to be able to do major damage just in case.

good stuff. I use to do my forearms, but been neglecting them. I like to do wrist curls too, I just have to take it easy sometimes due to pain from a fracture.
I hit them with hammer curls and reverse barbell curls alot, but I want to focus on them directly
My arms are long being 6ft3 so I need that beef (no homo)
