other than protein BCAA's are my bottom supp and this is the joint I go to........MUST HAVE
also for those who have trouble drinking 1-2 gallons daily like recomended, mix like 4 scoops of this with a gallon and your good to go
Independent studies show crazy results from using 4 scoops with water during workouts.....thats all I use it for so 1 of these joints lasts me almost 2 months
