Good stuff for low carbers or just healthy eating in General
Some are as low as 3 net carbs after you subtract the fiber(10grams and 7 of its fiber) 2gunsup is a habitual abuser of these things
Im using the evoo one right now, its 21 carbs with 13 grams of fiber so it = 8 grams of carbs.
I use 2 a day plus my veggies.
