Basically I lost around 35 pounds, I've been eating around 1300 calories a day and working out 5 days a week 45 mins weights 30 cardio. Now im at where I wanna be how much should i be eating so I can stay where im at? 1300 is low for maintaining right?
2200+ and on a good day 2800

depends on how much you weigh really. also, dont stop going to the gym.
on days you lift, eat 200-300 more calories than you do on days you dont lift.
for me, i'm in the high 180s and i can eat anywhere from 2200-3200 calories a day and as long as i'm still lifting weights i'll remain the same size. since you just got off a diet i would stick to around 2200 calories (again depending on how much you weigh).
dont forget its not just the calories, but the quality of the food. stick to complex carbs and healthy fats. eat as much protein as you can stuff your fukkin mouth with.

for a guy thats not enough, that seems to be around the amount of calories a woman would be eating to loose weight cuz thats about how much im eating right now.

im only 5'6 and I go 5-6 days at the gym and have 2 ice hockey games a week, and i never feel really tired or like m out of strength

Always be taking in the average reccommended amount of calories daily (2000) at the very LEAST...I actually usually take in around 3000.

I drink a bunch of redline, but I was trying to cut and it worked I lost mad weight now im just trying to maintain what I have no gain not loose

You can sometimes mutlipy your weight(LBM) x12 to lose or x16-18 to gain
1300 = starvation

1300? Are you a male? I am surprised you lost much weight at all. It's interesting that your body didn't go into storage mode. 1800 is the lowest any male should go for weight loss.

I know I should add more cals but I dont want to gain much fat ill be fine if i go back up to 135-16 but i dont want to go much past that. How much would you increase cals a day to do that? Also when i reach back to 136 I want to maintain that and tone that up any suggestions?

Thing is even with those cals I wasn't feeling like weak or anything but for that weight I wasn't tight, no homo Im kinda flabby in a way. But consuming back up to 2,000 makes me nervous cause I worked my ass off to loose all this weight :sadcam:

You know your body best and everybody's body is different and you might want to test at least 1800-2000 and see how it makes you feel and adjust accordingly.

Im going to have a cheat night tonight, hadn't had one in 4 months, then im going to increase up to 1800 and see how it goes. I noticed ever since I decreased to where im at right now my sex drive is non existent and I dont **** every day NO HOMO

Your body hates you right now. If you are too tired to have a sex drive and aren't going to the bathroom once a day thats your bodies way of saying WTF!
You don't need to cheat to get more cals. Eat more healthy food, throw an extra apple/banana into your diet, eat a couple clif bars throughout the day, etc.
You are hurting yourself in the long run.

I know and im changing it tomorrow, im going to basically up what I have been eating for example instead of 2 chicken breasts for dinner im going to have 3 etc... same with tuna and the fish I eat. I just bought some whey protein so Im going to add that in after my workout and add it with cereal for breakfast. I just had a cheat meal tonight my first in like 5-6 months and it felt good. Im just basically going to eat at maintenance for now on and progress like that
