Head aches when I squat

does anybody else get these?. i get em sometimes when im puttin in my all tryin to get the weight up. They sometimes come back the next day, even when im just chillin.

well when you're reaching your muscular limits, all your bloodflow is goin towards the muscles bein used instead of your head. i usually start to see stars so i usually just grab a seat. never blacked out. i can see how that can lead to headaches tho.

I got fukked up big time on leg press once, held my breath to get that one last rep and had a terrible headache for 2 days. Not worth it.
