$20 says some smart@$$ raises their hand and says Axl Rose.

100% unfiltered co-sign.
I would also like to add to the list EVERY vocalist in a pop-punk band between 1999 and today. Everyone of them, every fukking last one of them, sounds like they were raised in Orange Country, CA.

Interesting factoid (just thought i'd share)...
Axl is actually damaging himself by singing the way he does.
And his intention in singing the way he does, is to to sound like the lead singer from Nazareth.
=)

The mark of a true artist (no sarcasm). Willing to go to pains over their art.
Axl and Co. did a pretty good job covering Hair of the Dog. In fact, Spaghetti Incident had some decent to awesome covers (Human Being being my favorite). If we disregard Lies as a genuine album, and call Spaghetti Incident their worst, it still blows 73% percent of 90's rock out of the water.

Surprised to see Geddy Lee on this list......for me it would have to be Paul Stanley, can't even listen to Kiss because of his voice.
