Good sh1t. I had heard that some prisons were getting rid of the weights cuz they felt the inmates were getting too big to handle and duke confirmed it at the end there. I never knew that it was true.

Explains why you now see cats that can do stupid pull ups. That's all that was available to them.

i really doubt dudes in prison are spendin money on getting and smuggling steroids.

i think dude at the end had a good point. an exhausted weightlifter is a lot better then a normal sized guy filled w/ energy and mischief. and goin to the gym n shyt is a reward for them so they know if they act up they'll lose that privilege.
