I dunno what to call it, I guess "cable straight arm side pulldown" works. I never saw this exercise anywhere before but got this idea while doing cable crossovers on my last chest day.
It was similar to this video here

But I did it standing up, and brought my hands down to my ass instead of the front. I felt that when I bring it down to front I feel it on my chest more, and bringing it down behind me really hit my lats. I haven't felt that much pump and focus on my lats since the first few times I did lat pulldowns.
