I Can't Create a New Thread

I can't seem to create a new thread in the Spot/Rec Room/Coliseum, but I can reply to threads.

Is my account somehow limited b/c I did something wrong?

Or, is this one of the post restrictions where it takes "x" amount of replies to get the ability to create a new thread?
