I been working out for a lil over a month but i refuse to eat healthy or watch what I eat. Mainly because I aint big or nothing like that. I know sometimes after a had workout i be so tired I get a 40oz Bud Ice...
what about yall?
you know how steroids are anabolic meaning they promote muscle growth?
alcohol is a CATABOLIC........thats the exact opposite bruh, I drink like once every 3 weeks
but yea I eat healthy

I cant do it...i drink like 3-7 days a week...:guilty:
but the only reason I started to workout is because I'm not going to let myself go...so being that I aint going to stop drinkin...should i workout harder??
I just try my best to eat healthy, such as avoiding fast food, chicken > all other meat, etc. My diet needs a lot of work though but my goal is to bulk so I guess it's a little easier. I only drink moderately on fridays and saturdays and I never drink on the days I work out.

I work out 5 times a week weights 45 mins high intensity cardio 25-30 mins 5 days a week, I also play ice hockey 2 games a week. I only eat grilled chicken tuna and fish tilipia etc but I drink every night and im fine, this year a lone i dropped 30 pounds while drinking a 40oz every night. I take like 1200 food calories in a day
drinking every night is terrible for your body, even if you do work out every day.

See now I aint gon drink so much. Only Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays..Im went to hoop again today and wasn't as bad off as I was Monday...i know if i stick with it I'll be good.
With the exception of coming to work today (24oz Bud Ice), i hadnt drank since Sunday and i went from 188.2 to 186.7...and that was only 3 days of cardio and weights...

word I used to do like 1-2 40ozs everynight, I cut down to like 1 24oz of malt or like 4 cans of miller lite every night

I work out, but I don't eat like I should and I don't sleep 8 hours a day. I don't drink, so I guess that helps me.
just depends on your genetics. I know dudes who eat bad, dont sleep and are swoll+cut up

I guess cause its better than just drinkin all the time and not doing nothing..Now im doing a lot of cardio cause we ballin like a bytch every morning...
Im cut back on that drinkin tho..imma just get super drunk when I go out and just chill out a lil bit....but fucc that eatin healthy shyt...

Ocho Seis eats and worksout healthy it goes hand and hand if you want a nice body it all starts in the kitchen not the weight room

I don't drink, but keeping up on my diet is hard work. For the most part I eat right, but there are times when I slip up with my diet. I just enjoy food too much.

Gets twisted off 151 and cheap azz beer bi weekly. Smoke a black n mild monthly. Limit fast food down to once a week.

healthy eating is something i really struggle with. i can motivate myself to work out. i just really enjoy good food and have a sweet tooth. i need a balance somewhere between pigging out and starving

i'll scrutinize my diet down to the fukkin crumb when i'm tryin to lose weight or on some special type of program.
otherwise i pretty much just eat what i want. i still make sure i get 50g of whey in after every workout tho.

Fam if you're trying to keep off weight and not tone up, then you need to be looking at cardiovascular (running and shyt basically) excercise.
And my eating is eh, average. I take vitamins and eat well for the most part, but I still get at fast food and junk food a couple times a week. I run and lift, and I don't drink or smoke. Anything.

I put an extra 701lbs on the weight bench since I started working out..(2 month time period). 20 more lbs and im good.
I still dont eat healthy but im can see results. I refuse to work on my legs. I need to work on my abdomen area too tho.

yea but im not big...never was..im 6'0; 188lbs..
no rolls..semi flat stomach (im about to start doing abs, rockin tattoos this summer.)

i mean do whatever works for you. but from personal experience- i used to do this, too. i used to only work out my upper body, never did legs or abs, ate whatever i wanted. and after finally giving in adjusting my diet, running a bunch, doing abs, and throwing legs into my ruitine i can see an enormous difference.
fast food and soda are like twice a month for me
other than that I just eat whatever just not excessive
