it should be common sense. why would you expect to be able to make a thread like "fukk this sh1tty ass site!" and not have it be deleted? we rarely give warnings, esp for things like that -- we would expect members to know better.

however, if you make a thread that gets deleted..that should be an unspoken warning.. as in like, to not make the same thread again repeatedly..because that would be considered spam..and that's when the ban hammer comes down.
