i think it is poorly executed and the colors are very tacky hence it is price, if you are looking for some oxford i know you can do better

also a big fan of the mcneils (shell cordovan of course). great thing about AE is that they have a dedicated and well regarded recrafting service. send the shoes to the factory and they will basically refurbish them to look brand new. when u have a classic style like the park avenue, makes more sense than just buying brand new pair at $300 +
