Everyone who frequents here knows what you should be doing for each body part. These lists are gonna look identical.

Well, for chest obviously it's gonna be some sort of bench press, but some like to really focus on inclines, some like to focus on flat, some like to focus on declines, etc.
For triceps there's plenty of options, CGBP, skullcrusher, cable pushdown, etc, so it'd be interesting to know what everyone does mainly.
Biceps obviously it'll be some sort of curls, but what kind? Preacher? Barbell? Concentration?
You get the idea... I'm talking about those exercises that you just HAVE to do no matter how hard you try to switch up your routine because you know they work for you and you feel like you didn't get a complete workout without doing em...

i see what you're sayin. but i think the only "must do" excercises are squats and deadlifts. otherwise i think theres a couple exercises per muscle group that are just as effective. i'll list my opinion.
(muscle group) : (primary lift, secondary lift)
legs : squats, leg press
chest: bench, incline, dips
shoulders: arnold press, military
back: deadlift, barbell row, pullups
biceps: ez bar curl, dumbell curl
triceps: close grip bench, skullcrusher
