how much sodium in a day is okay without havin to worry about puttin on water weight?...i bought sliced turkey and one serving has 500 grams of sodium. seems pretty damn high. sliced turkey is a fast & convenient meal and i would love to eat plenty servings a day but now i don't know if it's worth the risk...i need feedback on this matter.
