I just bought vitamind A/D 1% milk. it had 11 grams of protein per cup. which seems great, but would yall recommend this...i've read mixed opinions. if it's cool, when's the best time to drink it?....post workout or pre-workout?...in the morning or right before bed?
I don't drink milk cause I'm lactose intolerant. But I hear you shouldn't do milk cause it has a lot of sugars. Why not get Whey protein?

if you want to drink a half gallon of that a day then go for it.
i'm not convinced the human body is supposed to ingest that much lactose tho you'll probably get crazy farts and stomach cramps.

yea i drank 2 glasses of milk before bed and i was fartin like a muthafukka. I couldn't even get a good night's sleep cause i kept droppin bombs left & right. but when i woke up i was surprised that i hadn't lost as much weight as i normally do overnight. so that's not too bad. i was opting for milk instead of whey cause it's a lot cheaper. so i figure if i can get almost the same amount of protein for a lot cheaper than why not. but i think i'll make the switch soon though.

Milk a terrible idea, it coats your insides which prevents you from absorbing vitamins you get from other foods which will turn into fat
