i eat vegetables everyday and fruit

drink water

treadmill it up

and do more walking

and this is dumb...but...

i just noticed eating veggies and healthy shyt makes me last longer thru the day as compared when i eat mcdonalds or pizza.

i dont get as sleepy mid day

yay to life !!

Good for you! I'm right there with you on the eating and water thing. Although, I'm doin more than just treadmill and walking. But, do what works for you and work your way up to other things or what works for you. Peace.
