Having trouble with what I eat through out the day. I downloaded the ebooks diggy posted but its a lot of sh1t(good sh1t at that).

Here are some example meals that may speak to your needs
Breakfast A-
Oatmeal w/ Skim Milk and Berries (maybe even some protein powder)
Banana
3 Eggs (Hardbroiled, and only have the yoak for one of them)
or
Breakfast B-
2 slices of multi grain whole wheat bread with peanut butter
glass of skim milk
Protein Shake
Apple
Meal 1-
2 Pieces of Fish with Brocolli, Cauliflower
Meal 2-
Tuna Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black pepper, and olive oil)
Meal 3-
Potato (or yam)
Brown Rice
Chicken breast
Meal 4-
2 multigrain wraps with slices of lean chicken breast with mustard, lettuce, etc
Orange
Almonds
The key here is to have meals throughout the day, and that every meal has a proportional component of carbs, fat and protein. the carbs should be either fruits, veges or whole grains. The fat should be polysaturated (olive oil, almonds, fish) and the Protein should be lean white (chicken breast, fish, tuna,)
