Anyone here tried the Lemon Detox Diet?? (Favored by many Celebrities to slim down quick..) If so: Thoughts/Opinions???

i immediately ignore any diet with the word "detox" in it.

you'll drop the wait quickly then put it all right back on the second you go back to normal food. you'll also be lethargic, sluggish and moody throughout the whole diet.
