nah, because if anything that makes the fact that you're wearing real pradas hold weight.

but what DID hurt pradas

was the fact that every nygga on earth, especially up here, rocked them...and even more so had the misconception that they weren't sneakers...

and to correct my previous post, nothing will ever "hurt" prada as a label. the prada sport line of the prada label that makes the shoes/sneakers (and basically all the stuff with the red strip) that have been knocked off is something i would personally never wear. but prada is prada, and there will always be a market for it. i do own other prada loafers and clothes and that i still love.

I’d say your right. Nothing like this could tarnish their general image/prestige, but making those sneakers definitely brought an unexpected and I’d think unwanted consumer segment to the line. Those kicks were designed for the America’s Cup teams. It’s safe to say that a substantial amount of urban heads have never been to a regatta or even on a yacht. This is a wonderful example or cultural/product appropriation, but I’m sure the folks over at Prada don’t aim for this at all.

How did Fila get to gank them like that? Aren’t there design patents for clothing?

I hate prada cups now. Those dirty Hurricane Chris Filas.
