View Full Version : Is too much ab workout necessarily a bad thing in terms of muscle growth?

So the question is as follows, is working out your abs too much, bad if you want muscle growth in the region of your stomach?

For example, you do ab workouts two days in a row, on the second day, imo you will be burning since your abs are sore from the previous day, but since its a section of the stomach, could you be burning fat as well as muscle?

so its not that bad to do extensive ab workout since you will be burning fat and muscle? any1 follow?

I heard you can actually work your abs everyday, I know Mario Lopez does for sure.

its more difficult to overwork abs than other muscles, yes.

when you workout abs, you are not burning fat on your stomach.

ab work wont get you abs.
