Does AutoTune work with Cool Edit Pro 2.0?

Wasn't sure which forum to put this in. I use Cool Edit Pro 2.0 to record with and I'm wanting to use Anatres Autotune on it. Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm not sure how to add plug-ins to Cool Edit Pro. I thought I figured it out, but when I hit refresh on the effects list, it still doesn't show up. Any suggestions?

Yeah, it should. Click on Effects > VST and it should be under there. If not, you gotta go to Effects > Add/Remove VST Directory and point it to the right place.

Maybe I haven't put it in the cool edit folders correctly. How should it be in there? I don't even have VST there when I click on Effects.

You know what, I think you need to upgrade to Audition 1.5 or the latest version... 1.5 is basically Cool Edit Pro, but it does work w/ VSTs like Autotune.

Ok. I'm buyin' more memory for My computer on Monday, so I'll try to find Audition. I download the software from online anyways, lol.

you should then get 1.5 now and then get a new version when you get more mem. 1.5 is like cool edit pro 2.5 but is always useful when you don't feel like loading up a bloated program.
