I haven't done this since gym class in high school when the PE teacher took the lil white plastic and measured the fat on our triceps and calves. But, I see a lot of you sayin what your body fat percentage is, so how do you figure it out?

Thanks.

this^

to be honest the only time I get mine done is when my unit does it (everyone is weighed and if your overweight you get your body fat done, basically you can be 100 pounds over your weight limit if your bodyfat is 18% or lower)

Im supposedly 16% but the method is measure your waist parallel at the bellybuttin and subtract your neck(measured just below adams apple while you look up) and the resulting value is looked up with your height taken into account
te chart can be found online and Ill get it if you would like

but to be honest IMO if you cant at least see 4 abs then finding out will just make you feel even fatter

Im on the quest for the elusive bottom 2 abs(**** you bottom 2)

I have no abs right now, just fat belly so I know it's high. But I'm doin P90X program now so I wanna get a before and after measurement because I'm pretty sure it'll go down a good amount at the end.

They say your body fat has to be atleast 12% to atleast see your abs...I just take a guestimate off of that.

I have calipers, basic plastic ones (they have digi ones too, never use tho)

You can pick them up and busybody or any gym store locally

Online they are about 8 dollars on amazon
