AIght, im 6'0 and 210.....decent stature, but mad fat %.....imma start going hard on the cardio (biking, on the track, basketball)
I do a lot of work with the stability ball, 20lb dumbells, and an 8lb weighted ball....I do sit ups/lunges/curls/yoga....anything to control my body i basically fukks wit.
The thing is, I think I can get that real cut look if I keep my routine, YET add some basic supplements/protiens.
My diet is pretty clean, cept for a 40 oz every nite (on average)....I just wanna know what's gonna help me get lean, and cut (like a 6 foot tall shooting guard)n/h? Thanks.

it's Miller, but im good wit it....dont trip on the beer tip. im just saying. what's a good shake/drink for pre post workout, and WHAT DOES IT DO (biologically)? Thanks

a protein/carb mix post workout
protein helps build and repair muscle and the carbs help replenish gylcogen which gives you energy to work out
you can mix powder such as whey with juice and fruit or a carb called waxy maize

good lookin out diggy....im not trying to get super swole either....so a scoop of whey and a scoop of waxy maize will have me decent? I just want my sh1t to be on 10, ju dig?

You can have 10 scoops of protein and still not be super swole. You gonna put on size if you are in excess of calories. You can use a scoop or 2, I use 2 scoops 40-50 grams of protein. The waxy maize will vary by brand on serving, so just try the directed dosage

yes, total nutrition, try to keep the fat cals low if you are having alot of carbs also.
protein and carbs = 4 calories per gram
fat = 9 calories per gram
so you see if you have something with 40 grams of fat, like a burger, thats 360 cals just from fat alone
