ay joe,
peep this link, and also rickross's quotes concerning his domain name choices.
http://www.sohh.com/2009/02/rick_ross_sends_violent_t.html
rick ross:
"I made you pay to buy ThisIsCurly.com, now I got ThisIsSabrinasSin.com." (World Star Hip Hop)
first off,....dude needs to know that their are actually laws which a person like fiddy can actually bring to light. plus sue, rick ross in civil court for damaging his character. plus fiddy actually has the capital to invest in the case. when typically someone else would have to succumb to this extortionary tactic.
as a matter of fact, coca-cola actually is a part of this legendary case. in which they were extorted to protect their brand's integrity. where they were taken advantage of. plus, had another company continually registering all the domain names of cocacola, that they could. plus putting up, fraudulent damaging sites, which had nothing to do at all, with cocacola. then in extortion like fashion they contacted cocacola to get paid off for owning the domain name. plus posted and created domain name links to sites that had material that was not associated with the cocacola brand.
in this instance,...well just like all of rickross's press.
he basically says in print he is guilty of a crime. this time instead of giving the details on his former drugdealing past.
rick ross this time, actually says he is responsible for purchasing another domain name, and setting up a site, hyperlinked to the domain name.
his thinking is fiddy has to pay him off to take down damaging content.
normally and usually larger companies and corporations typically after the coca-cola fiasco, just came to an isp or domain registration service to register, those domain names in bulk. any logical plausible name to eliminate the possibility of going through the small level extortion. plus having to pay for the backend cost of the legal situation as well.
in this case fiddy, just probably wasn't aware of this practice. so, he left himself open to rickross's tactics. yet in snitch on himself like fashion in rickross's recent pr. he actually tells on himself, again.
fiddy can use this to actually sue rickross, for damage of character in the same way cocacola did. plus set another precedence, in the history of law against this extortionary practice.

used to register domainnames in bulk as part of my job.
if rickross, continues he could further be digging himself a grave and sliding down the slippery slope to financial and legal ruin.
he already does it, by drysnitching on himself when it comes to his criminal involvement. he doesn't need more problems that could potentially arise as well.

No and No.
First of all he cannot sue him for slander of his character. If that was the case then a lot of people would have been sued in hip hop.
Second, as far as domain names go. These rarely hold up in court. That's why people pay big money for the domains. It's called domain sitting and there are very many people out there who have made hundreds of thousands doing this. If they have a domain that a company wants most of the time the company forks over the dough. Very rarely does a company win because a domain belongs to them.

no,..you are actually wrong, and usually people succumb to domain name sitting because, they don't have the prospective capital to pay for the civil case to stop the practice.
in this instance, fiddy has the prospective capital to actually sue rick ross.
plus not zero out trying to see the case to come to fruition in court, as well.
i was in the ISP, business, and this is one of the many things they teach you before you are actually allowed to be able to sell domain names.
you are totally wrong,.i know this business, and i have setup so many companies website trying to prospectively eliminate the legal catnmouse games involved in this.
also,..the coca-cola case also,...shows you are completely wrong as well.

if not,..don't comment on what you don't know.
if you did know you would have listed some provision that refuted the cocacola case. yet you can't because no such provision exist to nullify the cocacola case ruling either.
the only other case that comes close to this is the case of;
nasa.com,...and nasa.gov.......which nasa.gov was given the .gov domain name to protect them from this practice. plus allowed respective business not affiliated with the government in the commercial realm, ala .com, to be able to also register the name.
in this case,....rickross, is hinge'n on being in violation of the laws close to the cocacola.com case...than the ones that protect someone trying to register whitehouse.com.

it is like the criminals gone wild DVD,.......if that dvd was brought to light. it may not be governed by entertainment laws and practices.
plus the actual producer of the video could be brought into question as well. once that happens,..then you could see the elimination of independant media having a chance to be profitable. then the larger companies with more capital to actually protect themselves in legal. would get more power and completely make media more monopolistic as well.
thus eliminating anyone without the liquid capital or lawyers to have a voice or give you an alternative. we already have seen how monopolistic just distribution is in media. just imagine if the few independants who work their way up, can never work their way up.

no fiddy acted within, someone taunting him to do so. which gave fiddy actual permission to go on the tirade which resulted in the comedy that ensued. rickross vehemently asked for that,..fiddy didn't.
that is where you go wrong, in your reaching,...you need to get the facts as they would apply to this case accurrate.
fiddy never attacked rickross,..plus rickross also on reel, made accussatory remarks that fiddy was guilty of arson. in which fiddy never has been proven and has never been charged of arson, either.
you need to know about civil laws,...and how you can lose it all, without doing much when you have that much capital.
also,...it is simple to be able to prove the content was there, because the isp could have their server logs subpoena'd,...which would illustrate the timeline in which the content was changed and administered.
also,..you remarked that it was online. online exists,...it isn't some virtual realm, and in court,...it can be used to find you guilty. just because fileswapping governs mp3's doesn't mean everything else is governed under the same laws as well.

i know........the actual beef has been kinda silly and started from ross's comments.
as this deteriorates further into these realms,..they need to know they are doin damage to one another, in ways they may not be familiar of. plus laws and a question can be raised especially if fiddy is actually charged for arson. then found not guilty, but the press of the case damaged his earning. which he then can cite rickross, for and then sue rickross, to get back the capital he potentially lost, plus the capital it cost him to be in the legal proceedngs as well.

that is why i listed the criminals gone wild DVD, cause on those dvd's actual crimes are being committed.
the state may not have the capital to pursue, a parole violator for brandishing a weapon on film.
a case may not be able to be made to show the guilt of supreme team, and it can be diss missed as evidence as well. simply because the entertainment factor of musical recordings governs, and protects artist in this type of deal. in the rickross fiddy thing,..rick ross actually came on a recording that was not governed by music. he also,..taunted fiddy to dispel his musical accussations.
that is where the civil case could have credence and be built. from rick ross's actual interview where he taunts fiddy to come back in 48hours. that was not governed by music, or the entertainment laws.
originally fiddy only appeared on camera with public documents. which was purchased legally. so rick ross, would have no basis for a countersuit. since he actually, put himself into this and precipitated it with his own comments, in a realm not governed by music, as well.
that is why everytime they have a interview and someone is caught up in a fiasco. a smart person will be like at this time i can't comment on suchnsuch,....because of the likelihood of a situation like this goin further.

Ross tried to step to him @ BET. 50(coincidentally) only say Khaled, so Ross dissed the n!kka in a track... whats even funnier. is Ross wanted to keep it on wax, and 50's the one who jumped off the entire "internet/website beef".
continue on...
naw,...fiddy responded to rickross's erroneous babymama outdated attempt at a battle rhyme.
when rickross should have if he was capable should have just dissed fiddy, in a real battle rhyme. instead of using fiddy as a pawn to save face, in a long term drawing battle.
if you can battle,..you would just straight get rid of fiddy, on the mic.
az did it,.....
cam did it,.......
if rick ross was that good of an emcee,..he would have done it as well.
it is because rick ross isn't that good of an emcee, that we are being led down this path.
the same thing fiddy is guilty of when battling people who are as skilled, or lesser skilled. plus takes flack for, dually as well.
rickross in this instance is guilty of and is the lesser skilled rapper in this instance. plus isn't actually good at even having a long term drawing battle complete with all the antics. rick ross precipitated and lead it to deteriorate to save face in.
if both were really great at battling on the mic,..it wouldn't go past a song, actually.
that is the real issue,.....lesser skilled inferior talent being allowed to have all the resources and capital, to make music. while more skilled artist can never be allowed to be seen in comparative light because they have inferior resources.
that is the full issue here, both, rick ross, and fiddy are deflecting away from being discussed here.
both are guilty of being lesser skilled inferior talent, and both are guilty of making money and other factors. more important than the actual skills of an emcee.
so since both are giving us the material we can be entertained,.
yet while being entertained,..we should NOT lose sight of what the real battle is. that is real talent being allowed to be a draw and viewed devoid of stigma because of lack of capital.

umm.. Ross dropped a sub in Mafia Music. 50 dropped "Officer Ricky..". then Ross said you got 48hrs..he didnt have the legal documents yet.. and. he was given a oppurtunity to keep it on wax.. but, 50 gets on camera and blatantly says "Imma fokk yo life up.."
get the timeline straight fam..
and you keep going around my original post... :smh: CGW, have nothing to do w/Ghetto Quran, getting on the radio and sayin Murder Inc was started from drug money or anything i posted..
also,..fiddy already prospectively told ross,..hey,..if you keep aligning yourself with your enemies. you are my enemy, which fiddy is correct in.
ross went on the offensive needing the boost of this battle in pr for his record release. so with that fiddy responded with a song. to that, rickross should have actually responded with a record. he didn't he continued to taunt fiddy, on some nan nana nanan bullsh!T. so fiddy told the cat, hey legally i can make it hard for you, and i am protected in this instance. i have public knowledge of this,...ross never heeded and then taunted fiddy, plus said you not gon do this or that. so fiddy proceeded to do what ross gave him permission to do, and within the time limit as well.
now, on to the murder inc thing,...we don't know what the issue is with them, nor how fiddy fully fits into the issue.
it was already known and a fact murder inc was started from drug money. you can't deflect that onto fiddy the way murder inc, or supreme team tried to do in their case, to save face, from prosecution.

- wasnt a "battle rhyme".. it was a subliminal diss..
- he DID get rid of 50(by laughing at his response "Officer Ricky"), and telling him he got 48hrs.. 50.. didnt come back in 48 w/a diss track.. therefore. hes the initial loser.. and truth be told, Ross STILL hasnt made a FULL diss track aimed at 50, yet. its all been 16 bars, and a bunch of talking.. 50. made an entire track. and it OBVIOUSLY, was uneffective.
all that other sh!t, is moot.. just say- you dont like Ross. i mean. at this point, youre trying to twist FACTS & timelines to better suit your argument against him. when in fact. it would be easier to just say- 50 shoulda have been put Ross out of his misery(if he was so "wack"), and we wouldnt be here discussing it today.. neither "batlled" anyone of any stature. but for 50 to take a L to Ross, and to have to resort to youtube & cartoon, is just plain ridiculous. and even dumber to sit here and try to twist.. NOBODY was expecting Ross to stand his ground, muchless come out on top.. just the fact youre trying to see how 50 could possibly still come out of this by suing over a domain name, or assasinating 50s character- speaks VOLUMES on the actual loss he took himself.
if this were the same 50, and he was on Howard Stern today. and Ross was Ja Rule. he'd be having a field day talking about the dude, and trying to get everyone to laugh at him.. but instead, hes talking about video games, and hangin out w/Jim Carrey. he had NO problem speaking on Ja Rule today, but you dont find it ironic he didnt speak on his CURRENT situation in hip-hop? be reality. stop sticking up for the dude.. he lost. his albums pushed back. people are now laughing at him.. as i said earlier. this is NOT the outcome neither i, or anyone was to expect. but it is, what it is...

50 couldn't sue a soul based on one simple principle you forgot to mention: protection of parody.
1. Everything Rick Ross is doing to 50 (and conversely 50 to Ross) could and should be considered satire.
2. It would never hold up in a court of law, even if you were to attest that fans somehow mistake thisiscurly.com for thisis50.com (which nobody ever would) and that Ross was somehow capitalizing off 50 to make money.
3. If 50 sued, it would open up a can of worms that he really does not need to open. The things he's done skirt the boundaries of slander.

first off stop trying to deflect the question i raised, and roll it into i am a fiddy warrior.
i'm not no fiddy warrior, i am commenting on this battle. as i have pretty much any other battle on this site. trying to draw credence, and establish me as this fiddy d1ck rider isn't true.
if anything,..my n!gga,...you have really been delussional as to the actual blows suffered by ross in this battle. plus, ross's pr during this instance, and previously which has hampered his viability and career. plus his respectability as an actual figure in the business, and a draw.
i am objectively viewing the quality and content of the battle. you have been resistant to actually giving fiddy any marks for contributing quality to this awful clusterphuck of a battle.
which is awful because ross hasn't supplied any counter material that is as high quality in comparison to fiddy's material.
also,..in the 48hours axle foley rant by rickross, he replied fiddy needed to come back with a hit, and needed to do better. which fiddy did respond with a hit on, i get it in, in the rickross baby mama shoppin spree vid.
we have already discussed where that song debuted as well, previously.
tryin to paint me up as this profiddy, anti rick ross isn't true.
i have already commented indepthly about rickross and the mistakes he continues to make in pr.
regardless of his actual talent, as an artist. plus way before this whole battle, i have always mentioned ross's gimmick and pr, and the flawed nature of both, as well.
i rate him and fiddy not to far from one another when it comes to actual skill. i have always listed fiddy as what he actually is. a hitmaking mase clone originally whose draw is built on oversaturation method, and pr from battling, other lower inferior skilled rappers.
fiddy is definately more skilled than ross, is,...and you still fail to actually cosign that as well.
this battle also shows you are in error to downplay fiddy's actual skill as an artist. plus you are applauding ross's efforts in a battle that on wax, and in viral video contributions.
in comparison to fiddy's wax submissions and viral video submission, illustrate a definate loss. when comparing the videos and music objectively...

first off, if dude would have dropped some sh1T that was actually dope as a diss. i would be like he phuck'd fiddy up. even in the ja rule battle, i was like clap back was dope yet he dropped the ball in pr, with the farrakhan thing. same thing ross has done, in this battle. he has put out three lackluster disses, in this battle. plus had everything trumped by higher quality and even a character spoof that is funnier than what ross supplied.
in a battle that is the endgame. trying to denounce that is just as delussional as fiddy ignoring az, and still making it seem like he damaged cam, or nas.
ross is just as equally delussional,...plus HE GOT PHUCKIN' SERVED,..
deal with it,..i know it is your town and state and all but deal with it. ross got phuckin served, period. same as fiddy served ja. jay serving fiddy, cam serving fiddy, az serving fiddy. ya boy ross got served,...deal with that sh!T.
plus, ross is a liar, and in the interview i listened to last night he dry snitches on himself, to add insult to injury, even further.
what "blows" has he taken...? hes still droppin a album(got people anticipating the Maybach Music 2 track, off the 'Ye accapella last week, alone.). hes actually created some alliances, as well as working with MORE artists & producers this album(so there goes the "he lost respectibility, argument). and to be in a battle w/50- hes basically come out pretty much unscathed.. the CO "exposal", was useless(no one talks about it, just as last time he was exposed. it passed in time).
ja rule still dropped an album...still doesn't stop the fact he got phuckin served.
you trying
the child support "exposal" backfired.. and, the Khaleds mother video DEFINANTLY backfired on Fif.. so, im still trying to figure where he "suffered". i already mentioned the business side, so i dont know where youre seeing/saying he suffered.. if anything, 50 is suffering.
how did fiddy's viral attacks fire, when he has parlayed it into even generating more revenue. while ross, has only promo diss vids he came outta pocket for, and took a loss on. plus still hasn't at this time made or swung anything financial off of it. not to mention, ross got phuckin served and was allowed to make up the rules and parameters in which the battle took place. fiddy outclassed that dude every step of the way, period. the material says this the replies point to this.
both artist are an afterthought, in the commercial realm, when it comes down to their original viability. now all that is left is skills, and in that skill as a rapper. ross got served as a rapper.
i havent given 50 any "marks" because he hasnt made one.. none of the disses were talked about. from either side. but in the end, everyone remembers Mafia Music, on the musical tip.. i hear Mafia Music when im rolling around the city. i hear people speak about it.. i dont hear people speak on 50's music on ANY level.. not even 50. and thats how i judge quality of music/diss records..
n!gga mafia music isn't some largely known song, like that in the streets. so stop right there, trilla was,...but yet and still that was before the damaging pr, and his lie to cover up his past. ross damaged his self more than fiddy did. fiddy just added to the damage when ross went on the offensive and tried to use a lame babymama delussional fictional rhyme. then fiddy in true gamesmanship fashion one up'd that clown, period. then continues to one up him as well.
stop right there.. 50 didnt drop IGII.. you got your timeline all messed up. i just told you. he DIDNT drop IGII, after the 48hr timeline.. he came back with a VIDEO. this wasnt a youtube battle..
i get it in, first debuted on the youtube video to the babymama shoppin spree vid. that was the first widespread way to hear the song. from that video is how the song has permeated and has even gotten remixes, as well.
what i find funny. if ANYONE else had come back w/a video and was clowned to drop a track- he'd be laughed outta hip-hop. but since it was Fif, its "acceptable" "its his thing..". stupid.

first off, fiddy is way more consistent in the oversaturation method and as an artist in comparison to rick ross. that is a fact, and proven by almost twenty plus volumes of g unit radio, and also sales.
also,..you need not put sales into this equation to validate rickross, because he isn't a draw on fiddy level in that regard.
now, skill wise, fiddy is way more accomplished as a writer than duke. as a rapper, fiddy is way more skilled than rick ross...that is plain to see. even in fiddy's decline he is a better rapper than ross. plus this battle also proves fiddy is a better actual emcee in comparison to ross, as well. if ross was that dope of an emcee. rick ross has been the one clinging to irrelevence tactics and getting beat at them. this wasn't a battle of locale,..this was a battle that started on reel-to-reel from ross's comments. then when it went to the wax,..ross tried to take it outta that realm and lost there as well. stop trying to deflect, and just accept, RICK ROSS GOT SERVE'd.
it happens,...sorry it does....
just like juice has lost two battles, regardless of the makeup of the judges or the circumstances...he lost those battles.
just like fiddy lost to az, nas, and cam, and got served.
just like eminem lost to juice.
rick ross got serve'd stop trying to make it out to be more than what rickross supplied and the realms it deviated to.
rick ross got beat every step of the way in that battle.

alternatively,.....rick ross also gives a guilty quote to a publication when asked specifically, about the issues.
what guilty quote might that be? you have no idea what you're talking about.
all he did was basically state that he was gonna parody him on websites and do it until he got tired of it, and if 50 wanted to do something about it then it was gonna cost him. he isn't trying to steal his trademarks and nobody would claim he was. if so, then 50 might have a case

Rick Ross introduced the word "curly" into the vocabulary. how's 50 gonna sue over it? what's he gonna sue over next? bugzmunkey.com? youzamunkey.com?
even if Rick Ross owned pimpincurly.com, 50 couldnt sue because it's Rick Ross' idea to call him curly to begin with.

if i were to call you cartbarr and then buy cartbarr.com, you couldnt do a damn thing about it. im parodying you
the protect them both. neither one of them could sue the other.
what guilty quote might that be? you have no idea what you're talking about.
all he did was basically state that he was gonna parody him on websites and do it until he got tired of it, and if 50 wanted to do something about it then it was gonna cost him. he isn't trying to steal his trademarks and nobody would claim he was. if so, then 50 might have a case
if somehow you're referring to Rick Ross buying domains and squatting on them, again 50 would have no case.
Rick Ross introduced the word "curly" into the vocabulary. how's 50 gonna sue over it? what's he gonna sue over next? bugzmunkey.com? youzamunkey.com?
even if Rick Ross owned pimpincurly.com, 50 couldnt sue because it's Rick Ross' idea to call him curly to begin with.
he has NO case, so he'll just have to suck it up
that is actually the point i already raised,..by quoting rick ross.
his continued, reasoning and actual quote for purchasing domain names can be used, against him.
he isn't using the site as a parody he is using it for extortion and says so in print.
that is against the laws set up to protect you when it comes to domain names.
art barr
i already discussed that,..stop skim'n....

that doesnt make any SENSE
the fact is, nothing Ross is doing is illegal or infringing on 50's rights. even if he's doing it for malicious reasons. you cant sue for meanness.
if i tell you i'm gonna dance around in a circle until you bow down and cry, how are you gonna sue me for it? it's not illegal to dance in a circle.
it IS a parody. why he's doing it is his business.
example:
thisis5-0.com, thizis50.com, thisisfifty.com would be squating and grounds for suit because it's infringining on a trademark.
thisiscurly is not. it's clearly meant to make fun of 50.
