That's true...but think on this....50 sold about 691k that first week...and to date has only sold 650k more after that in the states. You don't find that troubling. He battled Kanye and Kayne sold 2.9mil statewide off Graduation...It took 50 Cent to lie about retiring just to create a buzz and it only lasted for a week. It took him 5 singles off that album to buzz and looking at the charts....I Get Money still didn't outchart Rick Ross's "Boss".

All i'm saying is...Ross went Gold with little to no promotion leading up to that album. He outsold Snoop and did pretty well for himself. No matter how you put it....50 Cent flopped hard with Curtis....i mean his fanbase keep him platinum...but that same fanbase is shrinking.

And for a celebrity of 50's Status to even acknowledge Rick Ross...that shows you that he's desparate and trying to do anything to get a buzz. And sad enough...50 wasting all this money on someone he feels ain't worthy...that to me is the main symbol in "decline"....
