fukkin wow, i stepped on the scale was fukkin 150 pounds....yes b, fukkin 1 hunned and 50 frail ass pounds
i dont know how this sh!t happened, i was 165-170 like a month ago...sh!ts is sad...150 :smh: and i'm 6'0...disgusting
what should i do? whats the best and quickest way to put on muscle...especially abs, i got a frail ass 6 pack, whats really really really good????

get lots and lots and lots of calories and proteins, and work with the heavy weights, none of them light weights. big weights, small sets

How did you lose that much weight in a month? Stress? Seems like you didn't have much fat anyway, so I wonder how much of that is muscle loss.

i been workin out like crazy for the last couple weeks, i mean, i'm toned, got abs and all 'lat...but...i'm frail as a muh fukka :mad:

You need to hit the supplement store and get these two things
Casein Protein powder and creatine.
Also you need to up your calorie intake. Force yourself to eat at least one-two more meals than you already do. Load it up with lots of protein and good carbs. Yea you can do all this calorie calculations but that sh*t is too hard to follow. Just keep it simple, take those supplements, eat extra meals, eat more protein and good carbs and lift.

protein and work out upper and lower body
Training:
Get a good training split based on your schedule
example
3 days a week: chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps, legs
4 days a week: chest, back, arms/shoulders, legs
5 days a week: chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders
Abs and/or cardio at the end
Lift heavy but controlled, focus on form and target muscle involvement, 6-10 reps, 3-4 sets each
Supplements:
Whey protein (immediately after workout)
Pre-workout formula (I recommend Animal Pump, it has all the creatine and l-arginine (for nitric oxide) you need, plus the caffeine which can be taken out if preferred)
Xtend or Purple Wraath to drink during workout

im 5'11...i was about 160 last summer...a simple diet of fried chicken and beer will do the trick...im up to 185 now, i use the perfect push-up 4 days a week and im lookin good

It's not rocket science, it's just HARD fukkin work.
You're not gaining because you're being lazy. Point blank. I'm up to 150 from 135 since November. Just gotta put in work.
Still skinny as fukk, but I've gone from the body of a 13 year old girl to a slim fit dude. Next up: Swoll status.

lol....i was 5'11, 132 pounds when i graduated high school...almost 4 years later, im still 5'11 but im 155 pounds now. Im still skinny, but I would recommend doing 500 pushups 2 days straight, then lift weights, and then take a day off. And then you start over again...and do sit ups at least 5 days a week, do some chin ups, just work hard.

Im 5'10" and 205lbs. I used to be 170 a couple years ago after slimming down because I was kinda fat. I bulked back up and it was relatively easy because my love of eating :O

I know dudes who weigh less than me who are my height and much stronger than me. Worry about ur strength, not ur weight... my weight seesaws between 170-185 almost monthly

You dudes got to be carefull with adding on weight. You f^ck around and gain fat instead of adding on muscle. And also you have to know your body because it might not let you gain but so much.

Ima skinny dude too but i started hittin the gym. I take creatine before i workout then i drink some Mass XXX after i workout, after doin that for weeks u'll see a big gain in muscle like ooooh shiiiiit:afro: ive been laggin on it lately so i gotta get back on it cuz i wanna go back to Venice beach this summer.
