I drink at LEAST 1 gallon of water a day, but it seems like my body holds a lot of water. I dont eat a lot of sodium and I do a lot of cardio. What's the problem and how do I stop holding so much water?

what makes you think your body holds a lot of water?

some people are just built differently. you can take diuretics or water pills if its that big of a deal. thats not a long term solution though. if you severely limit your carb intake you'll also lower your water weight. you could make that a long term solution if you want, i guess.
