View Full Version : Would You Reccomend Eatin More Than One Chicken Meal In A Day?
i only eat one at this point. but chicken is a great source for protein. and i'm thinkin about movin up to two. i just wanted to know if eating too much can be a bad thing.
Ive seen people in fantastic shape who it it for 3+ meals a day....it just depends on how long you can stomach eating the same sh1t without having to add fatty junk to it, remember when eating a lot of chicken all the time keep a wide array of spices and low calorie sauces around to keep things varied

and what sauces would you recommend?....right now i mainly eat my chicken with soy sauce. is that bad for you?
remember soy has tons of sodium which will lead to water retention aka water weight but it is good when used lightly
tapatillo, jims hot sauce, tabasco/tabasco chipotle, or low sugar bbq sauces, low sugar teriyaki sauces, ketchup
heres some good rubs

I doubt think it makes much of a difference. As long as you got portion control. My homie used to eat Mcdonalds some what often and was completely shredded (no homo). I mean dude has vicious yokes...but when he hits the weights he hits em.
