Why The F**K Won't My Brights Turn Off!?!?!

I be driving and other cars flash the headlights I Guess signaling my brights are on. I'm looking to see what button will turn it off so I can have my regular lights on.

What the hell is this monkey sh!t it's annoying me!!! :mad:

You have to click it...no switch or button. Just one click and they shut off. Don't click the wipers lever but the one on the right side.
