im 6'3 260 and im tryna lose 30 to 40 pounds whats the best way of doing it??? im not tryna get buff just get me soild.

sensible diet, weights 3-5x a week and cardio 30 mins-1hr 5x a week

First you gotta change your eating habits. Don't starve yourself but try your best to cut out the sodas (100% water if you can), fast food, ect. Once you have your eating habits in place work on the cardio

Forgot about this. Once you dwindle your BF% down, the last little bit is going to be difficult to burn. Like your body wants to hold onto it. Among other reasons, lifting weights will help you fill out.
