i wanna take it slow before i start hitting a heavy bag probably in a month or two. i wanna learn how to wrap my hands and all that sh!t before going full board.
the reason i wanna start boxing is to improve my cardio. i realized besides playing basketball maybe once a week i really didnt do much to stay in shape so i wanna have something to build my endurance and to stay in shape without having to drive up to the gym.
how should i start? boxing 3-4 times a week for 30 mins at a time?
