I copped one of these and havent looked back

I know Im probably late, but it mixes perfectly, no leaks, and its about 24 oz


Best 8 bucks spent in a while. Been using it for about 3 weeks, used my old shaker because I didnt feel like washing it and the shyt leaked on me.

Im going to buy another from GNC :thumbsup:

My friend uses that one.

I almost bought that one a while back but opted for the GNC battery powered blender shaker instead. Big mistake. It used 6 batteries and broke after 2 weeks.

I now use like 9 different bodybuilding.com shakers since they were free.

smh at it looking like a cup of quicksand. You could probably choke to death on it if you don't add enough water.

LOL I bought this, used it twice and threw it away. What a waste of money. How they gonna make a shaker you can't wash completely?

thank you two for clearing that up. for the longest i thought it was just me. i couldn't figure out what the hell i was doing wrong.

Just used one today and I gotta thank Diggy for the advice. This thing works wonders. I've never had a fully blended casein protein shake until today. I couldn't believe it got all the clumps out. Easy to use.

I wonder if it can scramble eggs. Anyone try it?

a fork , i use to mix it with a whisk like im mixing cake.Now i use a blender but the key is to add the water first to the blender so the casein wont stick on the bottom.

they sell these at gnc? paying the price of the shaker in s&h seems ridiculous to me.

and soy protein is just as bad as casein. seems like the slower digesting proteins are just harder to mix. sometimes i just say fukk it and chug the lumps.

aye what color blender ball shaker you guys got?

i got mine at gnc. they had a bunch of different colors, i got black. think it was about $10. worth every penny though.

I had black but the lighter colores are easier to clean, after It broke I copped the light green one.

accidentily dropped a dumbbell on it during one armed bent over rows

I just bought a smaller one (8 oz) to travel with, so now I have the 16 oz and the 8 oz. I love those bottles, although my trainer told me they're a rip off. Lol.
