Can't argue with that. You feel like you accomplished something. Especially if you were dragging ass before hand (tired, lazy, etc). Then you really feel good.

The car ride home from the gym to the house is the best for me. I turn the music up louder, I'm looking like a fool singing along and dancing in my seat. That adreneline rush right after a workout is the best.

Yep. Feels great. Your body releases endorphins. I like to get blunted after I got done with a workout.
