What Im saying is, when you're doin a push-up for example, should you dip slowly and then push up fast? Or should you just bang em out as fast as possible? Because I see a lotta dudes doin like 30-35 pull ups but theyre doin em fast and with a lot of momentum and very little resistance and Im not sure if its really benefitting em.
